Where can I see a Tetrad?

To see the Tetrad products in-store, please search for your local stockist here. We recommend calling the showroom in advance to ensure they have your desired model in-store.

Please get in touch with our customer services team if you're looking for stockists of a particular model. They may be able to advise, however we always recommend checking directly with the stockists before travelling due to changes in floorstock.

Where can I find my order number to register my Tetrad?

- For a fixed seat, you will find your order number on a label attached underneath your sofa.

- For a non-fixed seat, you will find your order number under the seat cushion.

What is the Tetrad guarantee policy?

We’re proud to put our name to each and every piece of handcrafted Tetrad furniture. We take confidence in offering a 15-year frame guarantee on all Tetrad sofas and chairs, excluding legs.  

All Tetrad furniture comes with a 2-year fabric guarantee, a 2-year spring guarantee, and a 1-year guarantee for all cushion interiors.

All guarantees are valid from the date of delivery to the original retailer and cover claims made only by the original owner of products with regular use, purchased from our partner retailers only. This guarantee is non-transferable. They do not cover any damages caused by abnormal use or poor storage conditions, accidents, negligence by you or any third party or for commercial or institutional use.

As manufacturers we cannot be held responsible for any problems relating to any form of treatment applied by the consumer or third party or non-compliance with the Upholstery Care Guide issuedn with our products. Any alterations and non-approved repairs will invalidate the claim. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Does Tetrad offer alternative seat and back interior fillings?

Yes - for both seat and back, feather can be changed for fibre.

How do I clean my Tetrad furniture?

Please follow the link to Product Care, where you will be able to find advice on cleaning your Tetrad furniture. Please note we recommend that you contact a professional upholstery cleaning company as different fabrics and leather require different cleaning techniques.

Are your fabrics washable?

Not all of our fabrics can be washed, always check before you try. We do have a specific range of models which offer washable loose covers for easy maintenance. view the range here.

Are your fabrics fire retardant?

All our fabrics comply with the legal fire regulations.

How do I place an order?

When you have selected your furniture, please visit your local stockist to place your order. Their team will be more than happy to help with every aspect of your purchase.

Who should I contact for an update on my order?

Your contract of sale lies with the store from which you purchased your Tetrad furniture from. We inform all our retail partners on delivery dates to ensure they can update you.

What are your current lead times?

Lead times vary throughout the year depending on demand and specific material supplies. Please contact your local stockist to ask for more detailed information.

I have already been waiting for some time for my order.

We are really sorry for any unforeseen delays and appreciate that you may have already waited some time for your furniture. Our teams are working tirelessly to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Your order is important to us. Delivery may be a problem, can Tetrad make any adaptations to make access easier?

There are selected models that can be made in 2 separate pieces and legs are often removable, please make enquiries if you think you might have access problems. Most of our stockists will offer a measuring service at a small cost to ensure your furniture will fit.

Can I order replacement parts for my Tetrad Furniture?

We can supply replacement parts for current models including interiors and castors. Please contact the stockist from where you purchased your Tetrad furniture, who will be more than happy to help.

Can I order loose covers for my Tetrad furniture?

We can supply replacement loose covers for your furniture as long as it’s a current model, Please contact your local Tetrad stockist who will be able to advise on availability, colour options and costs.

Why can't I find prices on the Tetrad website?

Tetrad Sofas and Chairs are all made to order in your choice of fabrics. The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) represents a fair market price for the quality of workmanship and materials used. The RRP for our products varies for each design, depending on the price of the fabric or leather chosen. Our stockists are free to set their own selling price in line with the RRP, so we recommend that all quotes come directly from our your local stockist.

Where can I purchase Tetrad furniture?

Our models are available to purchase from our trusted partner stockists. Go to Find a Stockist and enter your postcode ato be directed to the nearest ones to you.

Can I buy from Tetrad directly?

We only sell directly through our leading stockists and partners across the UK and internationally. The Tetrad showroom in Preston is open by appointment only, and we will happily assist you in choosing your furniture, you will then need to place your order with a Tetrad stockist.

Does Tetrad have a factory outlet?

Our Tetrad Factory Outlet is location in Preston, Lancashire. the Outlet is open Friday afternoon 13:00 - 17:00 and Saturday 10:00 - 16:00

Can I purchase fabric lengths separately?

All fabrics for your models are cut at the same time for print accuracy, therefore we are only able to sell additional lengths of fabricsat the time of ordering your Tetrad furniture. Please contact your local stockist for more information.

Does Tetrad sell arm caps?

Tetrad does supply armcaps for specific models. Please ask your Tetrad stockist for details.

I’ve ordered some samples. How long will it take to receive them?

You can order your free samples online or through your local stockist. Please note they usually take between 3 and 5 working days to be delivered.

Do you offer a reupholstery service?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a re-upholstery service. However, we can on certain models offer new seat and back cushion covers and new interior fillings to purchase. Please visit your local Tetrad stockist for further information.

Can I book an appointment to visit your showroom?

We only offer an outlet currently. For showrrom visits, you will need to find your local stockist here -please ask them to ensure that we are displaying the model you are hoping to see before you travel.

If I have an issue with my furniture, what do I do?

If you were to experience a problem with your furniture, please contact the original retailer where you purchased your furniture from.

Where can I find the dimensions of the furniture?

The dimensions of all our current models are on the product pages, just find your chosen model here. If you have any questions, please contact your local Tetrad retailer.

Do you offer alternative options for seat and back interiors or leg colour options?

Yes, we offer the option of fibre interiors and there are several leg styles and colour options to choose from. You can visualise them in the Build your own Tetrad configurator here.
